COMUNICAT DE PRESĂ LANSARE PROIECT – Noiembrie 2021

Promotorul de proiect UAT Comuna HOLBAV anunță lansarea proiectului  „Electrificarea unui număr de 21 de gospodării situate în zonele greu accesibile”.

Proiectul beneficiază de un grant în valoarea de 124.000 € oferit de Islanda,  Liechtenstein și Norvegia prin Granturi SEE în cadrul Programului pentru Energie în România,  Schema de granturi mici – SGS-6.1(a): Electrificare gospodării (Granturi SEE). 

Perioada de implementare a proiectului este de 18 luni, respectiv până la data de 31.05.2023. 

Obiectivul general al proiectului vizează scăderea numărului gospodăriilor izolate care  nu au asigurate soluții de electrificare si creșterea numărului familiilor/persoanelor din  gospodăriile izolate care beneficiază de acces la energie electrica. 

Gospodăriile izolate se află în zona de deal a comunei Holbav, iar in implementarea  sistemului de producere a energie din surse regenerabile vor beneficia un număr de 21 de  gospodării. 

Obiectivele proiectului termen scurt:  

1. Electrificarea a 21 de gospodării din zonele izolate. 

2. Îmbunătățirea condițiilor de viată pentru un număr de 80 persoane prin conectarea  locuitelor la soluțiile de electrificare. 

3. Reducerea emisiilor de CO2 cu 7.74 tone / AN

Obiectivele proiectului termen lung:  

1. Reducerea disparităților economice si sociale dintre locuitorii comunei Holbav,

2. Creșterea coeziunii sociale si a egalității de șanse in ce privește accesul la educație,  sănătate, ocuparea forței de munca, petrecerea timpului liber, 

3. Reducerea factorilor poluanți de pe teritoriul comunei Holbav, 

4. Îmbunătățirea capacitații administrației publice ce a realiza proiecte pentru comunitate. 

Soluția tehnică vizată prin proiect presupune un sistem integrat de producere a energiei din  surse regenerabile prin captarea și conversia radiației solare în curent electric cu ajutorul  panourilor fotovoltaice. Sistemul implementat prin proiect nu va fi conectat la rețeaua centralizată a localității.

PRESS RELEASE PROJECT START – November 2021 

The promoter of the project HOLBAV Commune announces the start of the project „Electrification of a number of 21 households located in hard to reach areas”. 

The project benefits from a grant of € 124,000 offered by Iceland, Liechtenstein and  Norway through EEA Grants under the Energy Program in Romania, Small Grant Scheme – SGS-6.1 (a): Electrification of households (EEA Grants). 

The implementation period of the project is 18 months, respectively until 31.05.2023. 

The general objective of the project aims to decrease the number of isolated  households that have not provided electrification solutions and increase the number of families /  individuals in isolated households that benefit from access to electricity. 

The isolated households are located in the hilly area of Holbav commune, and in the  implementation of the system of energy production from renewable sources will benefit a  number of 21 households. 

Short-term project objectives: 

1. Electrification of 21 households in remote areas. 

2. Improving living conditions for 80 people by connecting homes to electrification  solutions. 

3. Reduction of CO2 emissions by 7.74 tons / YEAR. 

Long-term project objectives: 

1. Reducing economic and social disparities between the inhabitants of Holbav  commune, 

2. Increasing social cohesion and equal opportunities in terms of access to education,  health, employment, leisure, 

3. Reduction of pollutants in Holbav commune, 

4. Improving the capacity of the public administration to carry out projects for the  community. 

The technical solution targeted by the project involves an integrated system for producing  energy from renewable sources by capturing and converting solar radiation into electricity using  photovoltaic panels. The system implemented by the project will not be connected to the  centralized network of the locality.
